Caitie Pickles joins the Forge Team as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
A graduate of the University of Cape Town, Caitie expanded her disciplinary learning with the BTN Academy to cover specialist areas of client care, ranging from weight-challenged clients and endurance athletes to pre and post-natal clients and she is passionate about ageing with wellness. Caitie is an avid triathlete, gaining first place in the Oceanic Khorfakkan Triathlon 2023 and the Mauritius International Triathlon 2023.
Caitie has provided specialist support programmes to clients helping them overcome issues such as dysmorphia, binge eating and other debilitating disorders, giving them the tools to reframe their relationships with food and their physicality.
Caitie has worked extensively with female clients affected by hormonal changes at all stages of life which present their own specific mental and physical challenges. She is also credited with launching the first “F45 Prodigy” initiative in the region, tailored to building physical confidence in young people through a non-judgemental environment.
