Alex Fenton

Alex is a Strength & Conditioning and Performance Coach with a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning and over a decade of experience working in elite professional sport.

His background is rooted in high-performance sporting environments, where the focus isn’t just on getting stronger, it’s also on availability. Alex has spent years supporting athletes in readiness to perform, and guiding through injury setbacks, with a particular emphasis on return-to-performance after injury.

A large part of his work has involved helping athletes rebuild strength, restore movement, and gradually prepare their bodies to tolerate the demands of training & competition. That experience now directly informs how he coaches everyday clients.

Alex works best with people who want to train seriously, but sustainably. Sessions are structured, progressive, and lead by science. Building strength, resilience, and confidence without unnecessary wear and tear. Joint health, movement quality, and intelligent loading are always prioritised.

Whether you’re managing old injuries, returning to training after time away, or simply want to feel stronger and more capable in daily life, Alex’s focus is the same: help you train with confidence and stay consistent long-term.
